At CambridgeHOK we recognise the impact of our business on the environment and are committed to improving sustainability and working towards achieving the high standards of Briam building requirements.

We design and build with sensitivity to environmental issues, to meet building control requirements and to create building structures that will deliver optimum levels of performance long-term. All of our material suppliers have been specially selected to reflect our build values – suitability, sustainability and value for money.

Your project will be undertaken by our highly experienced and skilled design and construction teams. You can be guaranteed that whatever the project or product and however complex, the aim is the same: to provide outstanding quality, at competitive prices, with first class support.

Once the layout and design of the structure is established, planning must begin in order to comply with building regulations. To do this we spend a lot of time in the field, ensuring plans are accurate. We must also determine what the building will be used for then make all necessary NSPEN calculations.

What we do
• Survey
• Design using 3D software
• Plan and specify it then fit to site
• Budget and costing
• Construction – within the timescale
• Maintain the quality of the build
