Specialist long-service awards recognise loyal staff and celebrate over 200 years of collective effort

Cambridge HOK is delighted to be celebrating the loyalty of its workforce after a dozen people clocked up 10 years’ service or more.

The long-service awards are designed to recognise the loyalty and commitment given to the business from its key people, with milestones ranging from 10 years to more than three decades.

During a series of long-serving awards presentations, Joint Managing Directors Patrick Harte and Louis Bradley congratulated and thanked the long-servers for their admirable dedication.

The initiative is part of a wider Employee Satisfaction and Retention scheme, implemented since Patrick and Louis took control of the company in 2021, providing employees with enhanced benefits to make them feel valued and appreciated.

Reflecting on the importance of the awards, Patrick said: “We’re a technically-led business in a niche industry and both Louis and myself wanted to recognise the people in the business that truly make it what it is.

“The people in our team are vital to us building our own knowledge and capability, so it is important we celebrate their loyalty and achievements.

“We believe these awards are a nice way for us to say a small thank-you to some of the many key people in our team.”

Each of the individuals recognised for their commitment were given high street vouchers and a bespoke award, designed and manufactured by our in-house design team.

This ceremony will now become an annual event at our Summer company BBQ as we aim to attract and keep talented people by providing training and shaping their skills so that they can enjoy a successful long-term career.
