CambridgeHOK were responsible for the design and build of a brand new garden centre in Shrewsbury being built for The Garden & Leisure Group Ltd.

The project consisted of a 5,800m2 steel portal frame designed and fabricated in Cambridge HOK's own fabrication facility, primarily clad in Kingspan composite with a polycarbonate roofed external sales area and front canopy walkway.

We were also responsible for designing and installing the heating system with gas fired blown air heaters and the full electrical and control package using a Priva BMS for all building management systems.

CambridgeHOK also installed the HVAC and heat recovery systems within the garden centre office facility.
